How to choose a suitable Cnc Router Machine?

Many buyer want to buy a suitable CNC router machine for their work. So how to choose a suitable machine? To know CNC Router Machine is first and important thing. To know machine structure is very important, start from following parts

1.CNC Router machine work table style:

1)Aluminum work table with PVC

Advantages 1) This is economic woodworking Cnc Router machine,this machine with  aluminum T--slot work table ,this reduces the cost of cost price.Meanwhile is is can also save powers when work. As vacuum table works with air pump motor ,so it need to use electricity power, so it is increase using cost.

Disadvantage: when work ,this machine need you to fix materials by T-slot one by one, it need time and your work ,as it is not automatically.

2) vacuum table and T- slot together

Advantages: when this machine work ,you just need to put materials on work table and the air pump motor will suck the materials firmly and do not need you to fix it by T-slot one after another ,it can save your time and your work.

Disadvantages: as I  said before, as vacuum work table work with power of air pump. It need electricity power ,so when work increase the power cost ,so it increase usage cost. Another thing is that ,as air pump also increase machine cost price.but when you want to save powers and you can use T-slot functions.buying cost is a bit more than aluminum worktable.

3) Aluminum work table with water slot.

This Aluminum work table with sink is a special work table ,it is mainly used for marble, stone , granite  jade materials. Materials is hard and it need water to suck the dust and cool the cutting tools when working.

2 cnc router machine spindle power models

 1) according to cooling system , it is includes water cooling and air cooling, they do not have big different from each other .but most stone materials engraving work use water cooling system spindles. Water cooling spindle is in round shape and air cooling is most in square shape( it is take HQD spindle for example but 800w &1.5kw  has round shape)

2)power models : it is included following models:800w,1.5kw, 2.2kw,3kw,3.5kw,4.5kw, 5.5kw, 6kw,9kw. Most used power model is 2.2kw,3kw,3.5kw,4.5kw. For 800w, 1.5kw is most used on mini cnc router like 3030and 6040 and 6090( machine as in catalog file). 5.5kw, 6kw power model most used as customers asked or work need powerful force. The last 9kw spindle ,it is ATC spindles, most used in ATC CNC router machines ( ATC is short for automatic tool changer). In this way you can see cnc router machine tool changer way has manual changed and ATC

3) a)ATC CNC router has two types ,one is the machine spindle has ATC functions and the other  ways is to changer different spindles to do different work without manual change tools. Pneumatic tool changer cnc router machines, it is also ATC cnc router machine ,but it spindle does not has ATC functions.( like two bits CNC router machine I sent you. The two spindles can finish two different work process without stopping cnc router machine.)

b)the different between pneumatic tool changer cnc router and ATC cnc router is : pneumatic tool changer cnc router machine can change tools automatically, and it cost price is lower than ATC cnc router machine. But pneumatic tool changer  machine can at most change 4 different tools. If door engraving ,this pneumatic tool changer machine is better.( meanwhile that side hole drilling machine is also designed for door engraving, it is also pneumatic tool changer cnc router machine) .The different of the pneumatic tool changer machine to ATC cnc router , difference is not only price but ATC cnc router machine can change more tools one time than Pneumatic tool changer cnc router.ATC cnc router machine can changer 8 to 12 different tools without stopping cnc router. It can finish more  complicated work.

4) spindle brand we mainly use is Chinese brand HQD and Italian HSD spindle.

3 the above cnc router is .mainly can be sort out one spindle work cnc router, as no matter one spindle and multi-spindle in machine.why ? As the spindles do not work at the same time. So there are multi-spindle cnc router machines,the spindles work at the same time. This is mainly used for workpiece is not in big size. In order to improve working efficiency, and the multi-spindle cnc router machine developed. There are independent cnc router ,two spindles independent cnc router ,3 spindles independent cnc router ,each of the spindle has its motor and drive each spindle has a drag.but most used is two independent cnc router machine ,as following photo:

3 Drive System      

1) motor and driver : it is included servo motor and stepper motor .Servo motor includes Chinese brand and Japanese brand Yasakawa. Yaskawa servo motor, Japanese servo is better and Chinese servo motor is ok, and stepper motor is not as good as servo motor.

2) Guide rail (a) round rail guide rail, it is mainly used mini cnc router machine.(b) square guide rail. Mainly used in big model , the big machine , the big size, we mainly use TBI Taiwan brand, model includes 20,25.30 and so on.

3) Our cnc router machine use Taiwan TBI brand ball screw.
